Porchetta

Porchetta Roast is a rolled Pork Roast, seasoned with a secret family recipe spice mix which originated from the Abruzzo region of Italy.

Tip* Squeeze the juice of half a lemon on the rind every hour while cooking.

This will help give a lovely crackling.


Braciola

Braciola is a veal roast seasoned with salt, spices, garlic & parsley.

It is great cooked in a sauce and served with Pasta.

Tri-Colore lamb rost is a rolled loin of lamb with fetta cheese, spinach, sundried tomatoes, spices and garlic all rolled in to the centre.

 


Tuscan Winter Roast

Tuscan Winter Roast is yearling beef with pinenuts, cheese, basil and an Italian Style pork sausage rolled into the centre.

Tip* As this Roast is lean it is best cooked wrapped in foil, in the oven. In the last 10 minutes of cooking uncover and leave to brown.
